Multilingual AI Workflows

AI workflows designed to hold up across languages, not just localized after the fact.

AI systems built and tested against one language don't reliably hold up when a second language enters the pipeline — accuracy drops, edge cases multiply, and validation rules built for one language's structure stop applying cleanly. We design multilingual handling into the workflow from the start rather than adding it after launch.

What this covers

  • Multilingual conversation and document extraction
  • Language-aware validation rules, not a single rule set applied across languages
  • Review workflows staffed and structured for multilingual content

What changes when a workflow goes multilingual

  • Extraction — names, addresses, dates and numbers are written differently in each language and region.
  • Validation — a rule that works for one language can reject correct data in another.
  • Review — reviewers need the original text and a translation, side by side.
  • Quality — accuracy must be measured per language, not averaged across all of them.

How we build it

We test with real samples in every language from the start, set validation rules per language where needed, and measure accuracy separately for each. Review screens show the original alongside a translation, and right-to-left languages such as Arabic are handled properly in every interface.

Questions we hear

Can one model handle every language? Often, but not equally well — which is why we measure each language on its own before relying on it.
