Return & Refund Policy
Pixel Plugins provides both subscription-based digital services and custom development services. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds May Be Considered Only If:
- A critical, verifiable bug prevents a plugin or service from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
- We fail to deliver agreed-upon features in a custom development project
- There is a prolonged failure in support or service availability that significantly impacts usability
Any approved refunds are issued at our sole discretion and may be partial, prorated, or full depending on the circumstances.
Subscription Services (Plugins)
- All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date
- If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
- Customers are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through the platform used, such as Buildfire or Shopify
- No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before renewal or for unused subscription periods
Custom Development Services
- Payments for custom development (including deposits and milestone payments) are non-refundable once work has started
- If a project is canceled by the client, any completed work will be billed and is non-refundable
- Refunds for custom projects are only considered if we fail to deliver agreed-upon requirements
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect service or plan selection
- Lack of usage after activation
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle
- Charges incurred after a free trial has ended
- Partial or unused subscription periods
Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovering the issue, with a clear explanation and any relevant details. Requests should be sent to support@pixelplugins.com.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your account and services.
