Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds except in the following situations:
Refunds Are Only Issued If:
- A critical bug prevents the software or plugin from working as promised, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
- We fail to deliver agreed-upon features in a custom development project
- There is a prolonged lapse in support or maintenance from our side that directly affects usability
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect service selection
- Lack of use after activation
Request Process:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovering the issue, with a clear explanation. We will review and decide at our discretion based on the nature of the request.
