Conversational Order Processing

Turning customer conversations into structured orders, with a human reviewing before anything ships.

A lot of order volume — especially for social sellers and home businesses — still happens as a back-and-forth chat rather than a checkout flow. That's exactly the problem our own product, DMNexa, was built to solve: reading Instagram conversations and turning them into clean, structured, seller-reviewed orders.

This solution page describes that capability as something we build for clients too — not only inside DMNexa.

What this covers

  • AI extraction of order details — items, quantities, variants, delivery info — from unstructured chat
  • Draft orders queued for human review before they're confirmed
  • Multi-channel support — Instagram today, with other messaging channels built as needed
  • Integration with existing order-management and fulfillment systems

How it works

  1. A customer sends an order the way they already do — a chat message, a direct message, an email.
  2. AI reads the conversation and drafts a structured order: items, quantities, options, delivery details.
  3. The seller reviews the draft, corrects anything unclear, and confirms it.
  4. The confirmed order flows into the order system like any other order.

Why a person confirms

Conversations are ambiguous. A customer may change their mind halfway through, refer to "the same as last time", or mix two orders in one message. Drafting with AI removes the typing; confirmation by a person removes the risk. Over time, the drafts get better and confirmation gets faster — but the seller always has the final say.

Questions we hear

Is this the same as DMNexa? DMNexa is our own product built on this approach for social sellers. For businesses with different channels or systems, we build the same capability around their setup.
