What AI features look like inside an app

How we build them
We keep API keys and AI calls on a server rather than inside the app, so credentials are never exposed to users. Responses are grounded in the content you provide, and we set clear limits on what the assistant should and should not answer. Usage is logged so you can see cost and quality over time, and the feature can be switched off without an app update.
Questions we hear
Which AI provider do you use? It depends on the requirement; our chatbot plugin uses an OpenAI vector store, and we choose providers based on data handling, quality and cost.
Is user data sent to the AI provider? Only what the feature needs, and we design around your data-handling requirements.
