Where projects usually start
E-commerce teams usually reach us at the point where the store works but the operation around it does not: an in-store program that the online store cannot see, orders that need re-entering into another system, or a stack of marketplace apps that each solve part of a problem and conflict on the rest.
How we approach it
- Start from the customer journey. We look at the path from product page to checkout to account, and at where a custom piece would genuinely change that journey.
- Use the platform where it is strong. On Shopify, standard features and well-maintained apps cover a lot. We build custom only where the requirement is specific to your business.
- Keep systems in agreement. Inventory, orders, customers and loyalty data have to match across the store and the systems behind it, so integrations are built with retries and monitoring.
- Measure what changes. Checkout, conversion and support load tell us whether the work paid off.
Questions we hear
Can you connect our physical stores to the online store? Yes. Our Time Center integration links an in-store loyalty program to Shopify accounts and checkout.
Do you build storefront themes too? We build custom storefront experiences and the apps and integrations behind them; we will tell you when an existing theme is the better value.
